In this 8-week sequel to TG01, participants utilize the Mainz Method to translate theological texts authored by eminent German thinkers, including Barth, Bonhoeffer, Kant, Luther, and Mendelssohn. This course is open to students who have completed TG01 Theological Germany, Part I OR those who have sufficient knowledge in German grammar enabling them to translate German texts. The course includes weekly translations assignments and ends with a final exam. Scheduled to commence on May 16th, 2024*, this course will take place every Thursday at 7pm (CET / Berlin Time) via Zoom. *Please note that the course will start based on reaching the minimum required number of students. In the event of insufficient interest, you'll either receive a refund or have the choice to join an alternative course. All our courses are available for $ 400.
